Our Story
El Chilito Hot Sauce is a sister-founded, women-owned, family-run brand established in 2020, producing premium, small-batch hot sauce inspired by our father’s love of food and rooted in our great-grandmother’s traditional Mexican recipe.
During the pandemic, we reconnected with family, culture, and the flavors that shaped us. What began as a kitchen tradition evolved into a mission to preserve our heritage and share authentic Mexican hot sauce with a wider community.
Crafted in Los Angeles, our hot sauce blends chile de árbol, toasted sesame seeds, piloncillo, garlic, vinegar, oregano, and spices to create bold, layered flavor with buildable heat. Every bottle represents generations of storytelling, resilience, and pride.
